Keep Scotland Beautiful is looking for a Youth Development Officer to join their Climate Change team to lead and develop an exciting new project.

Keep Scotland Beautiful is the charity that campaigns, acts and educates on a range of local, national and global environmental issues to change behaviour and improve the quality of people’s lives and the places they care for.

Excited by the thought of helping to make Scotland clean, green and sustainable?

This project will equip Scotland’s youth leaders with the knowledge, skills and tools to help young people understand the climate emergency and take positive action in their personal lives and communities.

If you have frontline youth work experience and an understanding of the youth work sector in Scotland, then this may be just the job you’re looking for.

The post also requires experience of training programme development and delivery coupled with the ability to develop training resources. Good project management skills and an ability to develop and maintain effective working partnerships are also required.

Please note: This is a part-time fixed term contract for 6 months.
