The Centre Manager is responsible for ensuring all staff at their Centre contribute effectively to meeting customer needs.

The Centres Manager is responsible for:

  • The delivery of all programmes and activities;
  • The health and safety of everyone engaged in our programmes and at the Centre; and
  • Customer care and liaison.

It is not solely a supervisory appointment and Managers must be competent to lead the staff team in the work required to keep Broomlee running smoothly. Work is varied and will require an organised person able to prioritise both their own workload and that of the Centre team. The Manager works closely with the Chief Executive and other SOEC Managers.
