Policy Consultations

We closely monitor the policy horizon for the latest policy developments relevant to the youth work sector. Alongside members and broader stakeholders, we formulate consultation responses on the sector’s behalf and build the capacity of those with a stake in youth work services to do the same.

Two young people running

YouthLink Scotland supports the development of youth work policy impacting on young people’s lives. We investigate and respond to current and emerging policy and legislative issues affecting young people and the youth work sector. The priority for the policy and research team is to ensure that YouthLink Scotland’s policy agenda is reflective and responsive to the needs of those we represent.
