Policy and research
We are committed to developing policy and research for the benefit of the youth work sector and we are currently engaged in activities including the development of Scotland's National Youth Work Strategy 2021-26 and multiple studies on the Impact of Community-based Universal Youth Work in Scotland.
We continue to support our members and the wider youth work sector to engage in youth policy through our networks and events.
If you have any queries about YouthLink Scotland's ongoing policy work, please contact YouthLink Scotland’s Policy and Research Manager, Kevin Kane, firstname.lastname@example.org.
For research inquiries, please contact our Senior Policy & Research Officer, Dr Amy Calder, on email@example.com.
We represent your interests by influencing policy development on issues affecting the youth work sector and young people. We're always working to champion the role and value of youth work.
We are continually working with the sector to develop high-quality opportunities for commissioning sector-specific research and measuring the impact of youth work in Scotland.
