Funding update from Foundation Scotland

Is your organisation looking for funding right now? Here's a few funding opportunities open now, including some imminent deadlines from Foundation Scotland.

The Essentia Foundation (closes on 14 September) has grants between £500 and £2500 for organisations anywhere in Scotland working to improve the health and social welfare of children and young people and/or increasing opportunities for education, training and employment.

The Giving Back Project (closes on 18 September). This programme is offered by two of Scotland's premium shopping centres; Silverburn and Union Square. There's 20 grants of £2,000 available in Glasgow and Aberdeen (10 in each region). To be eligible your organisation must be within the defined areas of these two cities. Community Capacity Grants Programme (closes on 8 October). This programme is offered by Crown Estate Scotland and aims to provide early stage financial support for community enterprise projects that contribute to local regeneration and sustainable development. Awards up to £50,000 are available to coastal communities or projects within Scottish Crown Estate’s four rural estates (Glenlivet, Fochabers, Whitehills and Applegirth).

The Response, Recovery & Resilience Fund has been supporting communities through the pandemic and is still open for applications. The focus has moved to Recovery and applications are welcome from new organisations but also those who may have previously applied and need additional funds to adapt and continue with service delivery. Grants from £1,000 to £5,000 are available now, please find out more and apply today by visiting our
