Boys don't cry? The public's understanding of children's issues and the gender gap

The gender gap is not a new topic of debate - but how entrenched is it in the way we think about issues that affect boys and girls? nfp Synergy asked the public if they thought that given issues affect boys more, girls more, or both equally. At least half of the public thought that most issues affect boys and girls equally. This blog looks at what issues the public felt weren't equally borne between girls and boys, and recommendations for how to create a more fair society for everyone.
