National Lottery Heritage Fund Scotland
The National Lottery Heritage Fund funds projects that sustain and transform the UK's heritage. It can fund non-profit organisations and partnerships led by non-profit organisations with National Lottery grants ranging from £3,000 to £5million to run projects that connect people and communities to the national, regional and local heritage of the UK. More information on how to receive and apply for funding can be found on the Heritage Fund website.
The National Lottery Heritage Fund supports all sorts of projects that connect people and communities to heritage. Projects could include anything from capturing people’s memories of a particular event or daily life, researching people and place, looking after natural habitats and wildlife, celebrating sporting traditions, helping people to learn traditional skills, delving into diverse cultures or exploring a local museum collection. More information can be found about the types of projects the Heritage Fund supports on the Heritage Fund website.
This event is aimed at groups and organisations who have not applied before and for projects engaging young people in heritage. Places are limited so please contact them via email if you would like to join this session: firstname.lastname@example.org
