Partnering with Amina MWRC, Action on Prejudice is delivering a training session.
An Introduction to Racial Literacy will help youth workers explore and understand the impact of dominant identities, how we react to things we don't know, barriers to participation for young people and looks at what actions they can take to become more inclusive in their work. This is very much an introduction to racial literacy and we sign post to further learning.
The training course is available on the following dates:
- 16 January from 10am to 1pm online.
- 6 February from 10am to 1pm in Edinburgh.
- 23 February from 10am to 1pm online.
- 9 March from 10am to 1pm online.
