The 7 habits of happiness

This course is designed to enable you to deliver the 7 steps of happiness to children and young adults. It aims to make participants more aware of how they can increase levels of happiness within themselves and their environment and gain a greater understanding of their own happiness.

Sessions will include a range of group discussions, videos, group and solo exercises and meditation. Participants will be shown a range of tools and techniques that they can use in their daily lives to help improve their resilience, self-esteem, happiness, and wellbeing. Along with enabling them to gain the skills to deliver The 7 Steps of Habits of Happiness tools to children/young adults in the youth sector.

Each session will run from 10am to 1pm for 7 consecutive weeks.
