Consultation Toolkit for Young People: Age of Criminal Responsibility

Back to consultations

The Equalities and Human Rights Committee is looking at the Age of Criminal Responsibility (Scotland) Bill which makes changes to how young people are treated by the law and they want to hear the views of young people.

A toolkit has been developed to help you discuss this with your class, youth,  or community group and report back what they think about the Bill's proposals.

There are two levels of Powerpoint resources and printouts: generally, one is aimed at primary aged children, and the other is more suitable for secondary level.

If you have any questions please contact the Equalities and Human Rights Committee clerking team on 0131 348 5227 or by emailing equalities.humanrights@parliament.scot.
