Emily Beever
Senior Development Officer
Emily manages YouthLink Scotland's involvement in the No Knives, Better Lives programme, as well as our participation in All In, an Erasmus+ funded project designing training to increase inclusive youth work practice across Europe. Emily is currently on maternity leave.

Liz leads on workforce development for the youth work sector, digital youth work, international youth work and learning for sustainability.

Jenni Snell
Senior Development Officer
Jenni is our youth social action and volunteering lead, responsible for co-ordinating the #IWill movement in Scotland and supporting young people to make a difference in their communities and society. Jenni also manages the development of our Learning for Sustainability activity including COP26 and Scotland’s Young People’s Forest.

Leads the development of youth work policy impacting on young people’s lives, investigating and responding to current and emerging policy and legislative issues affecting young people and the youth work sector, ensuring that YouthLink Scotland’s policy agenda is reflective and responsive to the needs of those we represent.

Senior Policy & Research Officer
Amy leads on youth work research including, helping to build an evidence base on the impact of youth work, supporting the sector to develop research skills and leading youth-led research to support young people to conduct research on issues that matter to them.

Sarah leads on public affairs and communications at YouthLink Scotland. She edits The Link and chairs our Communications and PR Network.

Eddie works to develop YouthLink Scotland’s digital strategy and is also responsible for maintaining website content and social media channels.

Sarah Robertson
Network & Events Manager
Sarah is the health and wellbeing lead, she co-ordinates the Health & Wellbeing in Youth Work Network and links with national partnerships around mental health. Sarah oversees the SCQF Participative Democracy Certificate and delivers national training on Youth Work Approaches for partners and Recognising & Realising Children’s Rights. She supports the Events & Networks team to deliver the National Youth Work Conference and National Youth Work Awards. Sarah sits on the Equalities and Training Networks.

Susan is responsible for our fortnightly Youth Work Briefing, website content and enquiry answering, as well as organising national events including the National Youth Work Awards and the National Youth Work Conference.
