Finance Assistant

Emily Beever
Senior Development Officer
Emily manages the youth participation element of the NKBL programme. She also leads on integrating a rights-based restorative approach to the programme. Emily also supports Action on Prejudice with training design and delivery.

NKBL Development Officer
Nadine is responsible for the development and delivery of NKBL's peer education capacity building training for practitioners. She also develops the peer educator's resources to ensure the programme is sustainable and replicable.

Senior Development Officer (Youth Social Action and Volunteering)
Emma leads on the #IWill Movement in Scotland working alongside partners across the UK and the #Will Scotland Ambassadors to champion and grow youth social action. Emma also works in partnership with Young Scot and Project Scotland on the YouthVIP programme.

Jen supports the delivery of the Youth VIP project in partnership with Young Scot and Project Scotland, with focus on the implementation of the Volunteering for All Action Plan in relation to young people and the youth work sector.

Naomi is responsible for YouthLink Scotland’s Learning for Sustainability projects, with a particular focus on the Our Bright Future programme, Scotland’s Young People’s Forest Project and the continuation of the Climate Youth Work Network.

Amy leads on youth work research including, helping to build an evidence base on the impact of youth work, supporting the sector to develop research skills and leading youth-led research to support young people to conduct research on issues that matter to them.

Sarah Robertson
Network & Events Manager
Sarah is the health and wellbeing lead, she co-ordinates the Health & Wellbeing in Youth Work Network and links with national partnerships around mental health. Sarah oversees the SCQF Participative Democracy Certificate and delivers national training on Youth Work Approaches for partners and Recognising & Realising Children’s Rights. She supports the Events & Networks team to deliver the National Youth Work Conference and National Youth Work Awards. Sarah sits on the Equalities and Training Networks.

Susan is responsible for our fortnightly Youth Work Briefing, website content and enquiry answering, as well as organising national events including the National Youth Work Awards and the National Youth Work Conference.

Development Officer (Youth Participation)
Stuart works to promote youth participation through promoting and supporting national programmes such as the Participative Democracy Certificate, IWill, Participatory Budgeting and YouthBank. Stuart also works to increase youth engagement through YouthLink Scotland structures.
