Youthwork workforce

... working for youth at all levels

A key aspect of delivering good quality youth work is ensuring that all those who work with young people, whether volunteers, paid, part-time, or full time staff have the necessary support to do their job.

Training and continuous professional development

It is important that youth workers can enjoy the benefits of a career structure, and we are committed to the continuous professional development of youth work professionals.

YouthLink Scotland aims to work in partnership with key agencies at a strategic level, to develop wider access to training in youth work.
